Fedex Freight to Raise Rates

According to a recent AP report, Fedex Freight has announced that they will raise general rates 5.95 percent effective April 24th. The rate hike will only apply to interstate traffic between the U.S., Canada, and Mexico and will not affect Fedex Express and Fedex Ground services.

Fedex Freight is the less-than-truckload (LTL) division of Fedex.
