Please throw more light on freight cost. Under incoterms 2000, is a seller right in quoting/charging freight rate higher than charged by shipping company? If seller incurres administrative costs in organizing freight, shouldn&#039;t these administrative costs be charged to the FOB cost while freight costs stands at the correct value as charged by shipping line?</description>
