Please throw more light on freight cost. Under incoterms 2000, is a seller right in quoting/charging freight rate higher than charged by shipping company? If seller incurres administrative costs in organizing freight, shouldn't these administrative costs be charged to the FOB cost while freight costs stands at the correct value as charged by shipping line? Interesting.
