Tianjin Port

China’s Tianjin port is continuing to grow and develop at a record pace. According to an article from the People’s Daily Online, the Tianjin port handled 200 million tons of cargo by October 7th of this year. The port reached the milestone 24 days ahead of last years pace and the port is currently projected to handle 250 million tons of cargo this year.

As the largest comprehensive port in Bohai Gulf region and China’s nearest departure port in the East of the bridge connecting Asia and Europe continental, Tianjin Port has formulated a particular cargo sources model which takes containers, oil products, ores, and coals as pillars sources with steel, grain and other sources as key sources. So far, Tianjin port has established trade connections with more than 400 ports of over 180 countries and regions across the world.
