Air cargo growth secret to low landing fees at Reno-Tahoe Airport

The airport is keen on growing its cargo business as it earns more on air cargo than on passengers flying with Southwest planes. “Truly the landed weight from cargo is what keeps our landing fees low,” said airport executive director Krys Bart.

According to the article, Reno-Tahoe has seen double digit increases in its air cargo growth and is seeking to expand its cargo facilities.
