Low cost sourcing country? or “Cool, hip country with really smart people that want to work”?

Chris from Supply Chains Rock doesn’t appreciate the phrase “Low cost sourcing country” when referring to the Czech Republic, where he currently resides, and makes a very good point regarding global sourcing:

I would prefer to be called “an emerging market” or “a cool, hip country with really smart people that want to work”. Because if you are outsourcing simply for the lower wages you are missing the point of globalization in the first place.
