Evaluating Supply Chain “Best Practices”

Eric Joiner, Jr. over at Freight Dawg has a post up about supply chain “best practices” and points out a couple that I agree should hold up over the long term:
- Visibility
- Integration with an order system
He also mentions buying principles that seek to control first costs by controlling transportation at origin.
