Shanghai Port Congestion

By Splatty • Jul 1st, 2007 • Category: China, Seafreight

Remember Swizsticks’ recent update on the severity of the Shanghai port situation as shippers are making a mad rush to get their containers out of Shanghai prior to the export tax rebate changes on July 1st? Well here are a couple of pictures of the congestion from Allroadsleadtochina.com. Does not look like fun for shippers or forwarders alike.

  1. Wow! What a mess. I love the APL Logistics sign in the background. I used to work for them and had a lot of fun there.
