Inland areas in China continue to lay plans for infrastructure development as companies look to move Westward to take advantage of lower labor and operating costs.

The Ningxia Autonomous Region of China recently announced plans to develop an international airport logistics center in the town of Linghe in Lingwu city.

The logistics center will contain five operating zones:

- Bonded Logistics
- Storage Distribution
- Processing
- High Tech Industry
- Business Services

The zone will also offer both domestic and international air services including storage, transportation, processing and packaging, express delivery, distribution, and certain tax benefits.
